- The city’s annual two-week spring cleanup starts this week. It provides residents an opportunity to get rid of the clutter accumulating around their homes and property over the winter. On Monday, the cleanup will take place north of Kansas Avenue to south of Mary Street between Fleming Street and the bypass, and north of Mary Street to the north city limits between Main Street and the bypass.
