BUY A YEARBOOK

Sales for the 2025-2026 yearbook open September 1.

The yearbook is $60. Yearbooks are $70 starting February 14. Books are no longer sold through Jostens. Purchase through the Varsity Yearbooks website here: https://yearbookordercenter.com/product/yearbooks. Enter school order number 25572. No cash sales.

DISTRIBUTION

Distribution Day is Wednesday December 3, 2025

Books do not arrive in May. Books arrive in the fall of the following school year.
Graduated students will pick their books up in the Career Center (next to the Main Office) after books arrive. A friend or family member may also pick the book up for the graduated student.
Current students can pick their book up during all lunch shifts on Distribution Day. Books not picked up will be delivered to students during 5th hour.

PICTURE DAY

Lifetouch Picture Day is Tuesday September 30, 2025.

Students should dress to impress. This photo will go in the yearbook. Photos are traditionally taken before lunch.
*All seniors must have their photo taken by the Lifetouch photographer on Picture Day. This reserves a spot for them in the yearbook. (It is commonly misunderstood that if seniors are having professional photos taken that they do not need a Lifetouch photo. The professional photo is placed on top of the Lifetouch photo in the yearbook. The Lifetouch photo is also needed to submit to the Garden City Telegram. The local newspaper runs a portrait section of all seniors before graduation).

SENIOR PHOTO SUBMISSIONS & GRAD ADS

Submissions for grad ads and senior photos are due 12/12 before the stroke of 12 a.m.

Seniors need to join the senior yearbook Google Classroom (2026 senior code: brlqqi3m).
The senior superlative (most likely) survey closed on Friday November 14, 2025.
There is a $20 submission fee to submit senior photos for students who are not buying a yearbook. There is no submission fee for students buying a yearbook. If a student does not pay a submission fee and does not buy a book the photo will not print (school photos taken on Picture Day will still be printed). Submission fee must be paid via check or money order to Student Funds. (No cash/credit cards). Submitted photos must be a JPG file. Photos must be vertical and taken from the waist up (or higher). No watermarks. No selfies accepted.
Forms for Graduation Ads are in Google Classroom and have also been attached to this email. Ads may be purchased online, or with a check or money order (paid to Student Funds). Checks or money orders can be delivered to room CL114 (basement of Arts & Comm.) before school, during 5th hour or after school. Cash is not accepted. Completed forms and photos for grad ads should be turned into the Google Classroom drop box or emailed to [email protected].

EARLY GRADUATING JUNIORS

Juniors graduating with the class of 2026 cannot submit senior photos but can have a grad ad placed in the book.

CLUB DAY

Club Day is Wednesday April 29, 2026.

Club Day is an all-day event when the yearbook staff takes group photos of each club or activity.

ARCHIVED BOOKS

Older archived books are available for purchase. Archive copies date back to the 1970s and are $50 each and can be purchased in the Student Publications room (CL114, lowest level of Arts & Comm).
