Many fans have counted down the days for Stranger Things 5 to come out. Over Thanksgiving break the first part of the season was finally released, exciting many.
Before it was released, some students and teachers expressed their thoughts.
“I’m eager to see the outcomes of all the characters,” Sophia Ibarra, Freshman Academy, said.
Ibarra said that she was both nervous and excited to see where all the characters would end up after this season. She has grown very fond of all the characters, so is ready to see their endings.
“My favorite character is Steve Harrington…he is a very bold and strong character,” Ibarra said.
Specifically, she loves the characters Steve (Joe Keery), along with Max (Sadie Sink). Ibarra enjoys both characters’ boldness, and states that Max has great determination and confidence.
“I watched Stranger Things when it originally came out,” Andrew Potts, Arts & Comm. teacher, said.
Potts, an original fan of the show, sadly stated that he no longer watches the show due to his busy schedule; however, he would definitely watch it if he had more time.
“It felt like true sci-fi to me, not horror, not comedy that’s dabbling in sci-fi,” Potts said.
Since sci-fi is his favorite genre of television, he was very interested in Stranger Things.
“It felt familiar…the music, setting, and clothes,” Potts said.
He also greatly enjoyed the 80s vibe in the show.
Ibarra along with many other fans are very excited to watch this season as it is released. Stranger Things is a unique series that has captured many individuals’ hearts.
“Im very excited for season five,” Ibarra said.
